What degree?
What's your thesis topic?

I had the ultimate "flame" on my thesis.
It was related to a Telecom application sponsored by the then Post Office
(now Telecom).
After I'd got well into it the subject became political and everyone denied
that the PO were interested in doing what my thesis was related to. It was
even denied in parliament :-).
Everyone lost interest but I had to finish it :-)
It was nothing especially special - just got caught up as part of a larger
political trend. It derived interesting statistics from telephone customer
calling behaviour which could be used for ????
