  Yes, it's always the different approach down here.  The facility is
un-avoidably built into *every* exchange, but you have to pay for it.

  Instead of the "Provide a service: Make some money" philosophy
(popular on the Internet), we always seem to end up with the "Make some
money: Provide a service" variant.
