OTOH, in the not-all-that-expensive category, I know that my ISP (eskimo.com, with which I'm not affliated other than happy customer, blah, blah...) offers a full remote Unix shell account for $9/month, $72/year. Includes 10MB storage, web and anonymous ftp hosting, cgi, email (within shell & POP), hosting of two mailing lists, full newsfeed access, and excellent service with virtually no hassles. But, it isn't free. --Bob On Thu, Aug 12, 1999 at 03:54:21PM -0400, Tim Hamel wrote: > In a message dated 8/12/99 11:09:01 AM Pacific Daylight Time, > johnm@MAGNET.COM writes: > > > > All, > > > Does anyone have a recommendation for a free web site provider? > > > > If you WANT...you could check out www.picpoint.com and scroll down to the > bottom.
