Hi!

ST Microelectronics is coming out a completely
integrated MP3 decoder : The STA013.

To make it run you just need a flash memory, a
D/A converter and a control circuit (a PIC?).

Prices by quantity are announced to be below
10 USD, including the royalties for the MP3
decoding algorythm.
