Yes, also known as a germicidal bulb.. For example, I'm using a G6T5 germicidal bulb, which is a 6 watt bulb 210 mm long. Since it is a fluorescent, you also need a starter and a ballast. The ballast goes in series with the bulb and starter, which are in parallel. The starter conducts the current necessary to heat the filaments of the lamp to get it to start. If you need more info, give a shout. The bulb erases a 16C711 in about 3 minutes, and a much more dense 17C44 in about 12 minutes.
