Hi,

for my current project I consider to use a MAX240 (5 RS232 line
drivers) device, but the datasheet of the device is a bit
contradictory concerning the usage of the ~EN pin. Does anybody
know whether the receivers are enabled if I connect the ~EN to
VCC ?
