I am looking for a source for a 2N9014 bipolar transistor.  It is a cheap
bipolar through-hole NPN small signal transistor, purportedly 45Vceo, Hfe
200-600 TO-92 case.  I've done some searching through WWW.CHIPDIR.COM and
not found any.  Anybody know of someplace to look?


On a similar note, there seems to be a lack of a TRANSISTOR CROSS REFERENCE
online.  I used to have a nice one back in the 1970's published by Sam's,
(paperback of course)  This would be a handy thing to have on the Web - but
can't seem to find one.  A few equivalents to a 2N9014 would be a nice thing
to include on my plans and specs.

P.S. Yes it is for a PIC project!
