I suggest you take a look at the Citect software, check out www.citect.com
or input citect in altavista. It is a huge program that is ideal for this.
We use it at the factory and it is a very good, well supported product. A
couple of years ago we started with Interact as our scada-system but Citect
is a major improvement.
Please note that I don't know Labview, maybe it's as good...
