I'm not sure what an appropriate capacitance is. That doesn't help you select *which* SX on your board to program, but it at least keeps the oscillator from having conniptions. Hmmm... Maybe if you wired the oscillator output through *two* capacitors to the two SX parts, you could put separate programming headers for the parts.
