The readme.cmd file says that PROCMD will program "only the
       addresses specified in the hex file".  I am attempting to patch
       a few locations in a chip, but it appears that PROCMD is
       attempting to program the addresses not specified in the hex
       file with "blank".  However, those locations are not blank to
       start with and therefore the operation fails.  Anyone else have
       experience with PROCMD?

       Any recommendations for writing a few locations of a previously
       programmed chip?
