Sorry for this OT.

We've searched through the Toshiba Semiconductor Web and got no useful informati
on about this chip. And later on, we searched YAHOO! and got an Italian WEB but
I don't know the characters on that web at all!

I want to know who has used this chip and whether you can provide any web site f
or the data sheet on Internet, ftp address is also ok. You'll be appreciated if
you let me know how to connect this chip to PIC MCU.
