The guy who runs it has these "plugins" you install on your PC and then you actually download the original machine code for the games and your PC emulates the hardware of the game. I'll try and dig up my bookmark to him, but in the meanwhile, search on arcade games and you'll probably find him quicker than i can. He had all of the common games, and every person I directed to him came back quite content. Apparently the PC interfaces to the games aren't the best, but he did say he was working on improving them.
