Hi,

I'm trying to communicate with the MPLAB-ICD hardware.  I've been
following the steps in the MPLAB-ICD User's Guide. I've reached the point
of selecting the MPLAB-ICD Debugger from the Options > Development Mode
menu.  I click on reset and the MPLAB-ICD dialog window doesn't appear,
indicating an error.  I've read the chapter concerning common problems,
but they don't help.  I've reinstalled the program, but that hasn't
helped.

Is there anybody that got it to work?
