Hi Mike, I already downloaded the datasheets and yes, they are easy to interface, I have a 4MB SmartCard and a FashPath Floppy adapter (you can read and format the SmartCard on you 3.5 floppy drive). I need the connector to read the SmartCard on my PCB, do you know where I can buy some? I'm looking for a Hirose MCR102 one. I read everything in the forum and the membership price (200,000 yens) is a little high for my application. Would you mind if we share information and knowledge off-list? /"\ Friendly Regards \ / X ASCII RIBBON CAMPAIGN Octavio Nogueira / \ AGAINST HTML MAIL =================================================== nogueira@propic2.com ICQ# 19841898 >From the creator of ProPic, ProPic 2 now much better New ProPic 2 homepage: http://www.propic2.com PIC Programmer for Windows with down to earth price =================================================== -----Mensagem Original----- De: Mike Cornelius Para: Enviada em: Ter¨a-feira, Agosto 03, 1999 08:25 Assunto: Re: [OT] SmartMedia card specification needed > Hi Octavio, > > I recently looked at this technology for a PIC project. > Interfacing is easy, go to Toshiba's web site and down load the data sheet > for a card or two.
