I'm part of the US centered +ACI-Lunaris+ACI- effort to send an amateur
rocket to the Moon within 5 years. I'm down here in New Zealand but I
assume as a matter of right that anything I send on email may be
monitored by whoever out there. A project like this, no matter how
pure the motives, is still dealing with a craft that has incredible
potential in the wrong hands. +ACI-They+ACI-, whoever they are, would be
doing less than their jobs if they weren't monitoring what we are
doing.
