he still responsible, no matter what, but, if I do the same with a 15000 lb military tank, then things turn around, I suppose here always the weak has the right.
I will never forget the image of that single man holding off that tank. "When life looses its value..." Killed the woman. Here is the crazy thing I always like to discuss, a green light doesn't give you the right to kill, it could be green, yellow or red, a old woman, a kid or a dog, just because the driver is armored inside a 3000 lb or steel doesn't give him the right to be stupid and run over everything he finds in the way. If I just stand in the middle of the freeway, this not means I am inocenting the driver that would kill me, he still responsible, no matter what, but, if I do the same with a 15000 lb military tank, then things turn around, I suppose here always the weak has the right. It is the same as if you just shoot a bird with your hand gun and the bullet just kill somebody inside the home behind it... the person who got killed was wrong to be at that place when you shoot? It is suppose that a bullet can kill someone, so you are guilty, no matter what. A car can kill a pedestrian, same logic.
