HI-TECH is just as good as the Keil (Frankilin) there are others but...
Your main problem will be emulation and single step control, this is where
some others win out with the aid of items such as XRAY, CVIEW etc. However
the Lucifer debugger on the HI-TECH should do just about all you need.
