Guys, guys, get with the program- the pin should be a windowed DIP
PIC.  I'll contribute one with the Protect fuses blown! :(

Etch suitable text.  And apply to recipent with a small mallet.
Those 28 (40?) little holes are perfect for these long-time
masochists.

For the lesser dietys, use 8 pin PICs.
