Rip the plastic parts of the socket off the top surface (jam a small screw driver under one end and twist, or, if some tracks may get damaged, grab the edges with needle nosed pliers and pull). Then remove the remains of each pin one at a time by heating the solder joint while pulling the pin from the other side with needle nosed pliers or a pair of tweesers.
