I saw in an electronics magazine somewhere a project to make a radar
detector using only a simple capacitor (with leads of exact length)
connected to an Op Amp like a 741. I just can't remember exactly where I
saw it ...
 It would be easy to implement the pulser using a high speed diode and a
HV (100v) power supply. The rest is just timing and control using a PIC.
 Well, maybe it's not that simple after all...
