The only cons for me are the pin count and the flash size.
They just brought out a 48/52 pin version though. I'll have
to get myself one or two to play with. On the flash size, I
understand they are working on larger memory sizes.

The extra instructions like banking are very usefull, and the
automatic push/pop and the 8 deep stack don't hurt either.
I also really like the dev system (SX key).
