Hi All:
I've got two questions concerning the new (European ?) method for
identifying resistor values on diagrams or lists.  i.e.:
        4k7 in place of the older 4.7K

1.  Is there a document for this specification available on the net?
2.  Should a lower or upper case "k" be used?  1k5 or 1K5?
3.  Is there a similar spec. for listing capacitors?
