I have been using C2C since it was at version 3.03 (Now at 3.23). For $35 US it is very good. There are a lot of things it doesn't do - you can't declare a static function or variable, const doesn't do much, no implementing a jump table with pointers to functions, etc. But what it does do it does well. The assembly it produces is hard to improve on, and if you find a bug Pavel is very good about fixing it quickly. Check out the documentation that's on the web page http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Network/3656/c2c/c.html On Mon, Jul 26, 1999 at 07:57:44PM +0800, swiftech wrote: > After settled on SX-Key for my IDE, I am looking for a C-compiler. > Byte stuff is too expensive, I am looking for a "good enough" cost > effective C-compiler for Scenix chips. > > Any advice? > Between C2C by Pavel Baranod and CnXC by Grich RC, which is better? > Any other to add to this two. > > Thanks. > > > Ling SM
