I've heard of on-chip micropower radars, as developed by Lawrence
Livermore Labs, but am unaware if they are  real world product.
A web search finds lotsa guff but no stuff.

Doe anyone know -

    Are they available?.
    What do they cost?
    Any part numbers or suppliers?
