Looks like a graphic LCD w/o controller. You can find a controller here: http://celestial.ne.mediaone.net/lcdlist.htm But you can probably also use the epson 1330 (digikey has it). Basicly you have the drivers for the LCD on the lcd itself, but nothing to tell the drivers what to do. Typically the controller refreshes the entire panel 200 times a second by clocking in four bits at a time. There really isn't too much on the internet about controlling your own graphic lcds, mainly info about lcds w/ controllers in them.
