Hi all,

I just wanted to let you know about a good inexpensive source of 2x16 LED
backlit LCDs. Marlin P. Jones ( http://www.mpja.com ) has them for $3.95 !

They are Picvue model PC066PGL, MPJA part number 9237-OP

I just bought 4 of them and am currently using one in a PIC project. It
seems to be working fine.
They use a standard Hitachi controller,the only catch is that they will
only operate in 4-bit mode,but that is they way I,and I think most others,
mainly use small LCDs.
