Remember, alcohol is the common factor in MOST fatal accidents, too.

Oh, and the drunk isn't usually the one killed.

Cigarettes are a waste of money, a waste of health, and takes the lives
(primarily) of the user.  Alcohol is a waste of money, a waste of health, a
waste of mind, and takes of live (primarily) of non-users.

I think the gov't went after the wrong target.
