People in this country need to learn how to drive better, not be regulated to drive slower. Also they need to show a little respect for other drivers. Almost all the roads around me are no-passing allowed, but do people pull over to let cars overtake them? No way! And on the multi-lane stretches the slower drivers usually pick the fast lane. How about a pic-driven zapper to shut off the Subarus and Volvos that clog the roads at 10 mph below the limit? (nothing personal, Ted :) Cheers, Bob
