I know that for me it would certainly be convenient if I got a copy of my own em ails. I'm on more than a dozen lists, and have mail filters that automagicly put thing s in the right place. I rarely delete email, so I have my own archive. but it's hard to follow a conversation when half of it is missing. I'd vote for turning the echo on.
