  I think one of these methods would work:

  Someone could Credit-Card order (From Andy or through someone else who
could pass money on to Andy) from a given country/area, get the T-Shirts
for their area, local ship them on to final recipients.

  International Postal Money Orders work well & don't cost too much.

  Your local friendly travel agent can probably exchange money for you -
I'm pretty sure Andy will accept cash, wrapped so it's not "liberated"
in the mails would be a good idea.

  We all meet at Comdex in November, trade cash for T-Shirts, & drive
Vegas nuts <G>

  I'll ship stuff internationally if needed, if Andy doesn't want to.
