I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who learned this the hard way. Why is it that the plugs always seem to be harder to get right than any of the other parts? I have an eprom emulator here with the ribbon cable split into pairs and twisted 180 degrees to match the pins back up as I designed it _BEFORE_ actually having the IDC header to look at.
