Actually, hydros was the only hint you gave.  I looked up your ISP
(www.WKPOWERLINK.COM) and it gave a map of BC, showing Okanagan.  Knowing
about the race there (I'm a BIG fan, as you might guess from my
rc-hydros.com domain) it was a no-brainer.

Same here - NJ is the leader (almost) in crazy taxes/bad gov't PLUS we are
big on the WAY-OUT-CAR-INSURANCE-RATES game.  More lawyers here than in
Washington DC!
