Of course that line is compiler/assembler dependendent.  For the same
options, CCS C compiler would use

#fuses PROTECT, HS, BROWNOUT, PUT, WDT

Change it to _wdt_off and it otta work.  Note that it's a DOUBLE
underscore before config.
