There are PC-104 specific connectors. There are a few makers, one of them being Methode -- http://www.methode.com . You can download an Acrobat pdf of the official PC-104 specification from the PC-104 consortium's website. Their website is at http://www.pc104.org, the spec download page at http://www.pc104.org/specs/specs.htm . The header has a female socket above the board, with long, matching pins below the board. Just like on the ISA bus, there is one segment that is the 8-bit core of the bus, with another optional segment that is the 16-bit extension. --Bob On Sat, Jul 03, 1999 at 01:59:32PM -0500, Gaston Gagnon wrote: > Does anyone knows who sells the kind of connectors used to stack boards > as used by the PC/104 format. > It is a header that is both male and female at the same time > (hermaphroditic ? ;) > > You can see it on Fig 2 http://www.lvp.nl/ampro/pc104tec.html > > Thank you > Gaston -- ============================================================ Bob Drzyzgula It's not a problem bob@drzyzgula.org until something bad happens ============================================================
