    Only 375MHz (4.5x83.3) at 2.4V !
    Something is not right somewhere...

    I'm running 450MHz (4.5x100MHz) at the original rated voltage of 2.0V
    I was running the Celeron 300a without mod (i.e. original heatsink) fine
    for couple of weeks, but just to be safe, I added a 4-fan heatsink from
    ComputerNerd later on and it has already been running fine for the last
    five months.

    Which motherboard you're using ? your SDRAM (part#, speed grade) ?
