  Just between you and me, the plain fact of the matter is that *none*
of us has a mail browser capable of viewing an attachment that - you did
*not* attach! :)

  Check your "Sent" file.

  Actually, I do believe the original enquirer wanted delay routines
which kept time over a longer period.  As such, routines based on the
timer hardware and which are not based on code timings, are probably
more useful.
