(if you can see them) Obvioulsy you'd need ribbon cable with the same pitch as the display. And probably only good for one offs if it works. You only have to look at them and they're broken and they are always permantently connected, no sockets, so after you've taken something to bits you have to be mega-carefull not to let whatever is on the end to swing around. Horrible.
