I was sent a hard-copy set by another PIC consultant in San Diego several years ago--don't know where he got them, but assume they were from a standard of some sort. Might see of one of the magazines like Printed Circuit Board Layout can get you a reference. Also NATIONAL SEMI has a book dedicated to "Packaging"--get a copy--it should all be in there!
