Has anyone run across a comprehensive reference (online preferred, of
course) of recommended PCB footprints for surface mount packages?  We will
be doing a board with TSOP, QFP (or TQFP), SOIC, and various other
itsy-bitty packages, and the board layout software is old enough that it
doesn't have these patterns in the vendor-supplied library.
