Therefore, since the osc caps source current into that impedance, and the circuit has a non-zero physical area, you will radiate. As I said before, wether it oscillates or not is not the question. It will oscillate unless your VCC decoupling is hideous, but it will always radiate more than directly coupling the caps back to the uP GND.
