The saga continues...  I just ran the absolute latest version of
MPLAB.  It gets part way through downloading to the PROMATE, then gives a
communications error.  I am able to download to the PROMATE using the DOS
program PROMATE.EXE just fine.  This is on COM2 on a 486DX2-66 .  Any
MORE ideas???
