Ahah! Now I know the secret of getting a response from
Parallax... don't directly email them, post to the PIC list, they will not
respond in private, but they do respond quickly publicly. This exactly
opposes my recent experience with Scenix... don't post to their newsgroup,
send a message to the webmaster. They will not respond publicly, but they do
respond quickly in private. Of course, this is based on a sampling of only
one message to each company (each sent two ways)Individual results may
vary.
