I have a small development board for the 16F873/876 (28-pin flash part).

If anyone is interested I can send the board files for checking (Eagle
format).
It includes space for a PIC, crystal with caps, MAX202, external EEPROM
memory, and DB9 connector, 78L05 regulator.
