I have an (apparently sick or DOA) Modular Circuit Technology, EPRom
10-gang programmer, cannot get it (so far) to validly detect that
non-blank EPRoms in it's sockets are non-blank, so it needs some work.

It's not a super high priority (I have a working Needham's EMP-10 and
EMP-20 here), but sooner or later I want this little monster working.

If anyone knows where to find this company, I'd love it;  If anyone has
used one & thinks they can help get it working, that'd be wonderful as
well.  It's in an old Philips 386sx25 box, so it's NOT an ISA bus speed
problem here <G>  It'll only burn up to 512k EPRoms, but that's fine for
some projects.
