I've still been unable to program a 16C710 despite many attempts and
approaches.  I'm at my end and the deadline for my project is here.

I know this is a stretch, but I would be willing to pay anyone to program
a 16C710 and send it to me.  I cannot think of what else to do.  If you're
willing to do this, please reply in private ASAP.
