Just recently I have been having a problem trying to program my 17c756 chips.
I am using MPLab, PIC Start Plus V1.5 and the Microchip 17c756 ZIF programming
addapter. I have had no problem for about 2 months now, that is how long I have
been programming the 17c756's for.
The problem is I keep getting an error while programming that says, "Cannot
receive. Please verify serial and power connections and reset the programmer.
[0100,00,DF,E0]." It does not allways happen, about 80% of the time, and I have
tested every thing. I tested the serial cable, the power supply. I tried other
computers with other OS's and other PIC Starts.
Can anyone tell me what this is caused by?
