I've implemented ICSP on the 12C509 with no problems. Used 4.7k isolation
resistors, but I think 10k is the recommended value if you can do it
without affecting operation. 4.7k works fine for me. I'm using the Promate
II with the ICSP module. This module buffers everything to provide more
drive power.
