Some e-mail clients attach an "address card" trailer onto each message, other people who use the same e-mail client can import this "Address Card" into their address book easily; many e-mail clients turn this ON by default, some are setup so the victim, er, user cannot turn that "feature" off at all, some people have managed to turn it off quite an impressive number of times (followed by the software stubbornly turning it right back on again a couple days later, apparently.) Easiest to just ignore these most of the time, especially if your e-mail client cannot do anything with the data.
