Hi again

I have two questions??

 1)    is there anyway I can use the ludipipo 1.0 to program a 16F84 pic,

and

  2)   how come I can program a 16C84 pic with my old computer(25mhz)
         and have program errors on my new computer(235mhz) ?????
         and can I fix it????.
         I use windows 98 on my computer, and when I program I restart in
dos
         mode.
