  And actually, you are dead right.  "Small"?  You are very much tongue-
in-cheek.  Obviously, REPRO matters much more on small lists.  The
accepted figure for this list is about 1800.  Whilst the recipient list
is confidential, there is a function which implies the list size.  ;-)
